| Sawing Operations |
| Our 7,500 sq. ft. sawing facility houses the latest in automated saw technology. We produce pallet stock from cants using Pendu, Brewer and other sawing equipment. This equipment allows us to produce high volume, high quality material. |
| Nailing Operations |
| A separate building houses our nailing operations. A fully automated computer controlled Viking nailer assembles pallets of various sizes. An automatic stacker stacks the pallets which can then be stored inside our warehouse or on a concrete pad outside. |
| Heat Treating |
| In order to better serve our customers who ship product outside the United States, we offer onsite heat treating services. Conway Robison LLC, performs monthly audits to ensure our Kiln-Direct kiln and record keeping procedures are ISPM 15 compliance. |
